I'm planning a trip next month and want to get a mirrorless camera. I mostly take street and landscape photos and don't want something too heavy. My budget is around $1,000. What would you guys recommend?
Having used Canon gear on multiple outdoor trips, I recommend double-checking lens aperture and ISO settings before upgrading your body.
I had a similar issue when I started out. Setting custom white balance and using a solid travel tripod made a noticeable improvement.
In my experience, shooting with Fujifilm gear gives you plenty of dynamic range and sharp details when shooting in high-contrast outdoor lighting.
