How do you keep skin tones consistent across a 600-image wedding set?
I colour-correct the hero images beautifully and then spend six hours dragging the rest towards them. There has to be a workflow here that is not manual.

Reference frame per lighting scenario. Pick one image per venue/light setup, grade it fully, then sync white balance and the HSL panel only — never exposure — to that scenario's group. Getting from 600 to about 8 reference frames is the whole trick.
A colour checker in one frame per scenario pays for itself the first wedding you use it.
I had a similar issue when I started out. Setting custom white balance and using a solid travel tripod made a noticeable improvement.
